[問題] 大家都怎麼確定自己滿血復活已刪文
各位健身的好朋友大家好,小弟前幾天第一次健身後肩膀稍微不舒服,但隔天之後又
沒什麼感覺了,不過還是持續休息。
聽姐夫說,肩膀的傷是日積月累造成,加上板上有時候會討論傷勢。曾看過有人感慨
的留言,健身或多或少會有受傷的時候,但總結來說,健身的好處還是比較多的。
想請問大家受傷後,是怎麼確定自己已經完全好的呢?看醫生嗎?
