[討論] 當兵時的訓練方式
小弟下個禮拜要開始在海陸當四個月的兵
想跟大家詢問一下有沒有建議的訓練方式
目前爬文看到比較多的是單槓跟伏地挺身
伏地挺身在網路上有許多不錯的影片介紹怎麼變化來訓練胸肌
但在背部以及腿部的訓練查到的就比較少
不知道有沒有去海陸當過兵的可以給點建議?
目前平常的訓練大概是
深蹲100KG 握推70KG 槓鈴划船70KG
7下左右就力竭
平時一個部位就3種動作然後降冪訓練4組
目前希望在軍中可以降體脂肪
然後維持住肌肉量
想問問有沒有人知道在軍中可以怎麼訓練來維持肌肉然後降體脂呢?

我覺得現在體脂肪高
想要讓自己體脂肪降到10%~15%
這樣在訓練量似乎不足的情況下還是攝取高蛋白嗎?
