前蹲舉討鞭
看了網路上眾多前蹲舉的好處, 貌似可以輕很多, 但有一樣的效果
對膝蓋, 和背的負擔都小很多
所以我開始在健身房練前蹲舉. 這是第二次做, 只做到 145 lbs,
怕姿勢不對, 會很容易受傷. 上次後蹲舉這裡討鞭, 學到很多!
