[問題] 想做硬舉可是髖關節活動度很差
最近在練習硬舉
在健身房請教了一位舉的很重姿勢也很標準的人幫我看
他說我沒用到髖關節的力量
應該要先練習對著一面牆屁股往後頂
練習送髖
可是我發現我的髖關節活動度有夠差
雙手摸地板大概還有30公分吧...
背對牆壁屁股往後頂更誇張
距離沒多遠可是股二頭肌整個繃緊感覺要斷掉了
請問我這樣應該要做髖關節的伸展
還是要像"搞懂硬舉再來做"裡面說的先練習RDL呢?
