[問題] 肥宅硬舉討鞭消失

因為我本身有扁平足,如果蹲得很低我會往後倒,花更多力氣在平衡
不過也可能只是因為害怕所以不敢蹲低

確實感覺自己核心的力量很弱,
但這邊的實在的教練一直跟我說很好= =
我自己覺得蠻有問題才上來請各位巨巨幫我看
我會先減輕重量慢慢把動作做好在上來討鞭
