[問題] 下午適合當點心吃的冰箱食譜
之前會水煮一些蔬菜、雞肉、水煮蛋,煮出來熱呼呼的就算完全沒有調味醬也覺得不錯吃
重點是因為要帶到公司去吃,煮完都會放進冰箱隔天再取出,然後就會變的不好吃了,
尤其是雞肉..冰久了還會散發出一種臭味= =
有沒有人能方享一下高蛋白的冷盤料理 或是 冰過也不錯吃的高蛋白食物
