瘦子有小腹以及重訓
小弟目前178 64
Inbody沒有特意去量 還是覺得看鏡子為主
剛上健身房重訓已一個禮拜
比較困擾的就是肚子下方的小腹以及腹肌胸肌得視覺(雖然我知道講腹肌應該會被轟 但
就是一種女生愛的視覺 剛好最近因為身材被打槍
目前體態如圖

可能太白的關係 太瘦傷眼先抱歉
實際還是有一點胸跟手 因為之前有做徒手
目前新手規劃菜單如下
Leg press 15rm * 4
Leg extension (前跟後)15rm * 4
Chest press 15 * 4
Should press 15 * 3
Lat pull down 20 * 4
以及下肢上抬練核心20*4
每個動作開始正式前都會做一組輕重量熱身
結束再接30-40分鐘有氧 減脂
幾乎是打算每天都練 也有人推做一休一
飲食方面沒有完全計畫 只有甜的不碰油炸不碰 宵夜過9點不吃 聽說瘦小腹澱粉不能吃太
多
那這樣米飯能吃嗎
想問依我上面菜單跟飲食
有辦法把體脂消掉線條好一點嗎
可能無言的地方頗多還望鞭小力點
