[問題] 請問胸肌的形狀好像怪怪的
各位巨巨大家好,小弟接觸健身時間不長
平常胸肌一開始使用史密斯進行臥推,
之後改用啞鈴臥推,
一開始只有練平推,慢慢的有增加上胸的訓練
但是看了網路好多人的照片越看越覺得我弱弱的胸肌長的似乎怪怪的...
可以請各位先進幫忙看看是否該從哪邊調整,
是否訓練方式有誤,謝謝各位。
