[問題] 請問比腕力
小弟重拾健身只快半年時間,最近跟我朋友比腕力都被他屌打(他做高間歇)
因為我身材有稍微明顯變壯一點,結果都被取笑健身結果也沒多有力。
很不服氣但又不知怎扳回一城,想請問各位巨巨如何鍛鍊此力量,因為我一直以來課表幾
乎只排胸背腿肩。
有爬文只看到說比腕力傷骨頭,容易受傷,但不知怎練。懇請各位巨巨分享經驗,感激不
盡!!!

可是我一直以來有個問題,比腕力的時候很不會發力,比如明明覺得對方力氣比我小一點
,但不知怎麼壓制。
