[問題] 骨架問題
不知道po在這裡適不適合
小弟我一直有一個疑問
就是像durant 劉錚這類球員為什麼那麼瘦(有肌肉可是不肥大

是因為骨架小相對比其他人看起來單薄嗎?
還是因為運動需求刻意不練肥大
(感覺劉錚的打球模式應該要練壯才比較有優勢

國中時期的手臂應該看得出來骨架小

而在美國待到大學就變成那麼厚了
先不論球技 感覺就比我上述的兩個人身材好很多
個人比較屬於劉錚的身形
很想請問有沒有巨巨知道國外籃球選手吃一天的食物菜單
(好比我之前曾在網站上看到巨石強森的那種完整一天菜單一樣
只不過他量太大了 我學不來
我知道菜單要因基代等因素而異
我只是作為參考
有巨巨能分享給小弟嗎
