[心得] 黑魔法三週心得
之前剛打時
我是身高180 體重86 骨骼肌40 體脂肪20%
現在打了三週
變成 身高180 體重90 骨骼肌42 體脂肪19%
想說我是要減脂啊!!!
怎麼反而變大隻了
可能是沒控制飲食的關係 從下週開始就要開始水煮了
打黑魔法 腿還是一樣很酸
對我來說 深蹲的酸已經見怪不怪 沒什麼了
至於力量有進步一點點 耐力沒啥感覺
主要是覺得肌肉合成速度變快 而且變容易流汗
之後有任何進度在上來繼續分享
