[問題] 女生降體脂/消小腹
前情提要:
久坐上班族女生/胖在臀部小腹
身高160/體重原49現在47.5/
體脂肪原29%現在24%
三週前真心覺得肚子太難看 體脂肪29%

便展開運動
第一週體脂肪29-27% 第二週25%
第三週即今天量24%體重47.5
傷眼照請看!(背/側身/正面)

運動天數:
ㄧ週四到五天,ㄧ次1小時。
每ㄧ次的運動內容:
快走8-10圈操場/開合110下/屈膝跳20組/波比跳16-20個/仰臥50-60下/平板20秒做三次
。
飲食放面只能盡量少吃多動早餐自己弄全麥吐司沙拉水果喝鮮奶麥片。中午便當白飯減半
跟飯後水果。
目前小腹還是很大,沒有腰身(想改善)
體脂肪也希望再降ㄧ些
看來只能著重在我的運動菜單
再請各位強者給我點建議了><
