[問題] 加強核心腰卻很痛
不好意思各位版上的巨巨前輩
有時練球完會要求加強核心力量
就是會練腹部 例如棒式 或者v字
但是印象以來我在做的時候
好像都會用到後腰的力量
正確來說比較接近下背
我已經很專注在腹部的支撐上
但是還是好不舒服
撐不到一分鐘就會有非常痠痛
還有無力跟不適的狀況
是我的腹肌太沒力 還是腰不好TAT
想起古早練田徑時也是
重訓練習一直用不對力 好像有受傷的感覺
小妹我真的很困擾啊......
每次做到腰痛的感覺太痛苦就做不下去了
肚子依然......被男友嫌棄中(大哭)
是不是我用錯力 還是動作做錯
或者是肌力真的太弱呢?
希望有人能替我解多年以來的惑
才能改正方法 有繼續進步的空間QQ

我還以為是屁股變翹 難怪常常腰痛
之後會好好注意姿勢!
新R文有提到可以按摩下背肌肉
但是現在剛好生理期 按摩不得 會血崩XDD
