[閒聊] 0rm會有效果嗎?
望著鋼琴突然想到,如果做0RM的動作會有效果嗎?
例如以二頭彎舉的姿勢試圖單手或雙手扛起不可能舉起來的三百公斤直立式鋼琴, 雖然鋼
琴完全不會動但是仍持續出力到力竭,休一分鐘後稍微換一個出力角度再一次,如此重覆
個十次的話會有增肌的效果嗎?
