[問題] 深蹲卡關很久
先大概說明目前的訓練,
目前一個禮拜約練3~4次,
腿只會練一次,先深蹲再硬舉大多就這兩個動作而已。
不過深蹲的重量一直卡關很久,大概是83公斤5rm左右。
有次去練 Leg Press,發現可以推到2倍以上深蹲重量,
所以在猜是不是深蹲動作有錯,
像是不知道怎麼出力或是核心太弱...
(有用水肥哥的呼吸法,不過臥推腹部出力比較有感覺)
想請問版友卡關的可能性。
此外,有次有個前輩有跟我說卡關有可能是因為體重沒有增加,
目前練了快半年多體重一直維持70~72,
他說如果增加兩三公斤力量就可以衝上去了,
會是這個原因嗎?
