[問題] 有氧訓練頻率 做一休一天or做一休二天?
各位巨巨&弱弱們好
本巨增重到現在已經8個月了
目前170/75 體脂肪20%
想說差不多可以開始減脂
目標是170/70 體脂肪10%
上網搜尋後看到有一位一休大師自創快速減脂法 - 覺得想練*.<
想請問有板友練過一休嗎?
本巨覺得好像有點累人,所以想請教一個星期
做一休一天
or 做一休二天
or 做一休七天也可以?
