[問題] RM與Rep
我爬過很多文了,這兩件事我還是常常混在ㄧ起。舉例來說,做12RM,大概2-3組就必須
降重量了;我朋友就說那就80% 12RM做 12rep 。
這觀念哪來的,有科學根據嗎?
如果目的是要肌肥大,組數和強度有什麼強烈建議的訓練法?我每組次數都狂掉 不知道
到底有沒有練到==?
