[閒聊]量量你自然的極限
研究者Casey Butt博士花了6年時間,整理出許多頂尖自然健美選手骨架與肌肉圍度
的數據,並設計出一個計算器,介由輸入你的身高、手腕圍度和腳踝圍度,就可預估依
照你的骨架粗細,在不用藥的情況下,所能達到的最大肌肉圍度(前提是體脂肪率8%-10%)

手腕圍度(Wrist)
腳踝圍度(Ankle)
( 因為作者是佬美,所以數據要輸入英吋。 1公分=0.3937吋 )
按下 calculate 就會計算出六種預估最大數據:
胸圍(Chest) 二頭肌圍(Biceps)
前臂圍(Forearms) 脖圍(Neck)
大腿圍(Thighs) 小腿圍(Calves)
