如何增加肉量?
最近迷上徒手,只是因為體重才 55kg,想增重但不想增脂肪.於是給自己定了ㄧ個菜單如
下:早餐麥當勞十號餐,中午兩碗白飯配四到五片紅肉和ㄧ些蔬菜,晚餐同中餐.不知道這
樣夠不夠
