[問題] 伏地挺身=臥推多重?
單純的想要作一點簡單的計算,一般伏地挺身大約等於多少公斤的臥推?
稍微Google一下有70~75%左右的數字,這樣看起來以80kg體重可以作
十下來說,應該推到60kg 10rm沒問題?
另外有沒有什麼可以跟臥推搭配的背部菜單?感覺Overhead press並沒有
那麼合適。

自己安排的話會作Bench press 5/5/8/12 Overhead press 10*5 之後作
Bar pulldown 10*5之後會補一點下半身像是Squats 10*5 或是 Dead lift
10*5 (重量控制在5rm的75~80%),通常這樣就死得很徹底了。OTL
