[閒聊] 一周只能練三天的安排?
我在想一周只能練三天
一天有氧10KM
一天排練手臂+腳
一天練胸和背和腹肌
這樣有辦法HOLD住發福的身體嗎?
現在剛過26歲 身體真的越來越不聽話
只要稍微多喝幾杯含糖飲料或是吃幾次大餐
體重明顯上升 時間越覺得越來越不夠用
這七個月胖了8KG......之前有健身底子 頹廢了4個月
恢復練了一周 舉完後全身酸痛到無法形容
大家到了這個年紀 還有健身習慣的我猜應該已經很少了.......
