[問題] 新手腹肌求解
小弟身高180 體重70~73
飲食菜單:
早餐:水煮蛋*2 及地瓜/燕麥/五穀饅頭擇一
午餐:公司的餐廳
下午:水果一份
晚餐:雞胸/雞腿擇一 地瓜/糙米擇一 燙青菜一大碗
ps.早晚餐料理沒有任何調味料(包含鹽巴、醬油)
訓練菜單:
場所限制,現在沒辦法上健身房,只能徒手訓練。一個禮拜訓練三~4次,分成胸、背、
手臂(23頭、肩)、腿
胸:伏地挺身為主,一組8~20下(接近力竭)約做15組。視心情變化成窄手、下斜、撃
掌伏地挺身等
背:引體向上為主,一組4~8下(接近力竭)約做10組。先正手寬握,沒力就改成正手窄
握,接著反手窄握
腿:無負重深蹲為主。熱身後先練單腳蹲,沒力改深蹲跳,再來傳統深蹲
ps.每次訓練如果腹肌不會痠痛,就會做懸掛抬腿每組力竭,約10組
我想請版上巨巨們幫我看我的飲食和訓練那邊要修正,才可以讓我有和你們一樣粒粒分明
、保滿多汁的腹肌呢?練了一段時間了肚子還是看不到六塊真的蠻挫折的。
