運動是一面鏡子
面對困難,我們看到怎樣的自己?
是怠惰,是懶散,是積極,還是樂觀?我最想看到的,
是百折不撓的態度,因為唯有堅持才能體會真正的自由。
那是一種逆境中還能談笑的自由,是一種不被挫折侮辱的自由,
那是一種願意自我實踐的自由。如果我們有想法,有目標,
卻因為挫折感、無力感、甚至他人的眼光而輕易打消追求的念頭,
那我們,根本不自由。
