[問題] 國中生訓練
大家好,我常常在這版潛水
目前國三178/61
平常有做一些訓練。
訓練了2個月,感覺的出有點肉了,胸部成長有限。

我在學校每天拉單槓,正握反握目前都是10下。
以下是我每天練的地方,啞鈴目前是10kg
禮拜一:窄距伏地挺身50下分段完成、啞鈴聳肩20x2、下腰30下、啞鈴划船15x2
禮拜二:二頭啞鈴15x3、三頭10x2、站立飛鳥10x2、深蹲30x2、棒式核心3分半
禮拜3、5同1,禮拜4、6同2,禮拜日休息
請問這樣子會太多或太少嗎,會長不高嗎
抱歉體重有點輕,別鞭太大力><

補:請問胸有什麼適合我訓練的方法嗎?
