[問題] 想消肚子的話
小弟身高175,體重75,年紀也有30幾了
三年前才62公斤重,三年後變成75了
感覺新陳代謝趕不上我每日宵夜的進食
大魚大肉的飲食習慣
所以現在飲食調整平衡,然後想再多靠運動
來解決肚子肥肉
是否集中用斜板做仰臥起坐訓練會有所改善(肚子)
每日用跑步機跑3公里 然後斜板狂坐仰臥起坐
這樣會不會迅速消肚子呀?!
