[問題] 脂肪長出的部位 有辦法控制嗎?
我有看過一篇文章,他說由於生物先天的機制
脂肪會先從 "重心" 部位開始長,這樣禦寒的同時也不會造成重心不穩而行動不便
例如,優先囤積在 腹部、臀部、大腿內側、手壁內側
那我有疑問..是否有辦法以人為方式,去控制脂肪堆積的位置?
例如,若想要手臂看起來肉肉的,線條不要太明顯 (脂肪+肌肉)
有辦法去控制同時增加手臂的肌肉與脂肪嗎?
或是長出較鬆軟肥大的肌肉之類?
