[問題] 增肌減脂菜單請益
周一: 二頭+三頭
周二: 有氧40~50min
周三: 背+肩
周四: 有氧40~50min
周五: 胸(肌肉不好感受所以單獨練)
周六: 有氧40~50min
172cm 71kg 歐姆龍手拉HBF-362 測量體脂肪18% 全身骨骼肌35%
之前去健身房量inbody數值也落在跟我家的一樣
但目測體脂肪應該在20%~23%
每日能活動時間大概一小時半~2小時
希望增肌和減脂能兼顧
菜單希望能幫我修改一下
體質算是肥胖型...黃阿文的書說有氧每周至少要三次....
