[問題] 到底該著重"量"還是"重量"
去健身房剛滿一個月,之前也有斷斷續續在練,現在主要是練胸跟背,夾胸(我不知道那
台機器叫什麼)可以到45公斤(標示是45,我想應該不是磅數)可以做比較標準(看youtube
學的),但是一回做十下就好累,整個大概只能做兩回,我想問的是到底是該降重量做多
回一點還是增加重量做少一點比較好?
