[問題] 關於天天慢跑+重訓妥當嗎?
各位大大安安
小弟目前每天會跑3km
跑完回來會做 伏地挺身+仰臥起坐+蛙跳*30 +開合跳*50
小弟有上網爬文
文章是建議如果要同天慢跑+重訓是先重訓完再去跑
可是重訓完已經累的跟狗一樣
體力反而無法一次跑完3km
所以現在是先去跑回來再做重訓
請問這樣ok嗎?
另外網友建議是一天跑一天重訓
問題是小弟目前每天只跑3km
如果真的一跑一重訓小弟很擔心會不會反而瘦不下來
小弟目前3餐正常
飲料最多是早餐店的冰阿華田一杯
不吃垃圾食物 不吃冰 不喝冰水 不吃宵夜
請問照這樣的步調下去有用嗎?
