[問題] 重訓完休息日的運動會不會影響肌肉成長?
小弟目前是練一天(重訓) 然後休一天(有氧)
我想請問 休息日有氧運動前 如果先做一下輕微重訓消耗肝醣
這樣會不會影響肌肉的修復速度?
休息日有氧前的重訓重量會調整為重訓日的一半(像是臥推60KG減為30KG)
