[問題] 關於骨盆前傾的訓練
小弟因為疑似有骨盆前傾的問題
導致脊椎特別彎曲(就是S型特別明顯)
久做 背 腰 經常痠痛
看起來非常駝背 小腹也很大
除了持續有氧消脂外 好像一般的背肌訓練沒有太大的改善
有版友也有相同的問題嗎
有什麼其他的訓練可以改善
