[討論] 聳肩的必要性
↑如上如圖 肩膀的那兩塊
最近問了有在健身的朋友 為什麼很少人練聳肩(應該算斜方肌上緣吧)
因為我發現很多健美選手 不一定會有那兩塊
朋友的回答是 沒必要 也練不起來
如果真的想練成那兩塊 就必須打針吃藥
這是真的嗎
因為小弟我覺得那兩塊真的頗帥的 可以讓自己看起來更具威脅感(??)
不過也不必像上圖例那麼誇張啦... 只要有凸起的兩塊就好了
大概像Lazar Angelov http://ppt.cc/HiPO 這樣就好了...(被毆飛)
他應該沒打針吃藥吧
想問在肩部訓練中加上聳肩 可以爆出那兩塊嗎?
還是說這要排在背部訓練裡面 因為他是斜方肌?
