[問題] 投入時間與肌肉大小
如題 小弟我從二月開始健身
目前體脂10%左右吧 可是只有腹肌小有成就
因為本來就屬於瘦弱身材沒什麼肉175/60
現在手臂和胸線條有一點了 可是超級不壯..
想要問問是不是我的方法不太對
我會盡量做重一點 做到大概10.12下極限的重量 大概都做4.5組 可是隔天或當下都不太會有操爆的痠痛感 所以我擔心是不是這樣導致我手臂還是練不壯..
我是菜鳥 希望大大不要鞭太大力
