健身後多夢
健身大概兩年
最近提高頻率
週一到週五上健身房
週六週日休息
每天訓練一個部位
都是四-五個動作
總計20-30組
每次待一個小時左右
最近開始每天都會做夢…
嚴重影響睡眠品質
但是禮拜六日休息後
情況就會改善
請問有沒有人有同樣的問題?
如何改善呢?
