[問題] 跑步一天要跑幾次有效?
小弟最近想要減脂
身高181 目前體重72 不過身體沒有很結實
現在都是下午去跑個三千就回家 在做伏地跟仰握等
想請教 如果一天的早上跑完 下午在去跑一次
這樣是不是會更有效減脂??
還是只要一天跑一次 拼命跑(上氣不接下氣那種)比較有效
如果一天跑兩次的話 我早上可能會跑少一點
糾竟是次數多減脂有效? 還是效率高比較有效?
早上大概跑2000 下午跑3000 這樣
還是晚上直接跑4000 ? 請教一下減脂高手
