[問題] 練三角有沒有練到
我想請問各位前輩
什麼是大家用來判斷自己三角訓練課表強度夠不夠的指標呢?
會這麼問是因為我練三角當下都有練到力竭
大約用8RM
肩上推舉 6組
啞鈴側平舉 6組
啞鈴前平舉 6組
俯立側平舉 4組
蝴蝶機反著用 4組
這些動作每一組我都有做到力竭 做完也覺的三腳很脹很酸
但是隔天就沒有其他肌群練完的酸痛感
之前有看過現在追求的是高效率低酸痛的訓練
但是我實在不知道自己這樣的訓練是否真的有達到訓練的效率
因為覺得實在沒看到三角有進步的感覺
所以十分困擾
希望有板友可以分享一下自己怎麼練三角
以及怎麼知道真的有練到呢?
