[問題] 強者我朋友說下半身用有氧練就好了?
我有一個練的還不錯的朋友,也是三鐵、路跑、單車賽事頒獎台上的常客。
有次在我跟他聊健身時,他跟我說腿先不用練,用有氧練就好了。
我想他的有氧應該指的是飛輪和跑步機,但他的強度一定是超過有氧的心跳區間。
他也說過踩飛輪或訓練台如果還能看電視就是強度不夠
強度夠的話就只記得要呼吸而已
想請問一下,高強度的飛輪和跑步機,或是高強度間歇能否取代練腿?
