[問題] 外食族喝豆漿
平常常做跑業務等等
也不會常常不動
運動量算大了 雖然是走路而已
可是外食族要降體脂真的飲食太難了
目前只有辦法光喝無糖豆漿的辦法
請問我光喝這個 胃會一直叫
該如何搭配其它的
甚至一直讓它叫也沒關係 可是光喝無糖豆漿可行嗎
是怕撐了三個月 身體爛光了..
