[心得] 健身近一年分享
去年4月開始健身,一開始買了簡易器材在家練。
因為本身在中學教書,所以也會在學校練!
去年十月開始加入台南市一家傳統健身院練,
但是因為距離、時間(要顧小孩)的關係,
所以一週只能去1~2次,其他時間還是在學校練(器材較少)
原則上一週練5次,一次1小時,以大肌群為主(胸、背、腿)
