[問題] 請教啞鈴飛鳥問題
當我用15KG的啞鈴平躺做啞鈴飛鳥訓練胸肌,
做了5組可事完全感受不到胸肌有明顯充血的感覺,
可是做臥推70kg五組就可以明顯感覺胸肌充血變脹,
用啞鈴做胸肌訓練重量變得比較輕,沒有像臥推可以做的比較重,
這樣真的有很好的效果嗎?但很多人都說啞鈴飛鳥是很好的訓練,
如果做cable chest fly 好像比啞鈴飛鳥更容易抓到胸肌用力的感覺,
問題出在哪裡,希望有人可以解惑!
