[問題] 重訓兩個月.掉髮明顯嚴重
原本只是打籃球當運動
最近為了增加對抗性.健身得很勤快
大概每天至少1~1.5小時的重訓
看到自己的肌肉越變越大.慢慢有線條.感覺很棒
但是問題是掉髮變得很嚴重
之前都不會
爬過文得知...重訓會增加睪固酮分泌.讓雄性禿基因者禿頭
但是爬文又發現...有氧會降低賀爾蒙增生.延緩掉髮
所以我現在應該把有氧的量增加嗎
還是需要在重訓之後立刻接有氧(以前都是重訓跟有氧分開不同日)
不知道有沒有前輩遇到同樣的問題
我不想變禿頭啊~~~
