[問題] 硬舉後隔天深蹲,如何改?
請問各位板友,
昨天練胸和背和腹,所以做了"硬舉",
今天要練腿和肩,準備要做深蹲,
但下背還在酸阿~~
這樣OK嗎?
課表有需要調整嗎?
