[討論] 不吃肉類健身
最近在想肉雖然營養高
但是烹調的方式和肉本身
很容易攝取過多的脂肪
想說把飲食菜單改成不吃肉類
蛋白質就從米飯 雞蛋 牛奶 和bsn攝取
因為也沒很愛吃肉類 除了鮭魚
有板友也是這樣飲食嗎
