[問題] 練馬拉松如何避免減到肌肉
請教一下各位,我有在練馬拉松
最近一周計算的話, 大約 50k
7kmx2day,15kmx1day,21kmx1day
(~40min) (~90min) (~2hr15min)
未來應該會練到一周 60k
過長時間的有氧運動(>1HR)會減到肌肉嗎 ?
若是長跑完,喝高蛋白是否會好一點??
