[問題]是否得喝高蛋白飲料才行!
想請教各位前輩
我已經接觸健身7個多月了
在這當中,看了許多人在購買高蛋白粉泡來喝
成效會大嗎,難道不會對身體的機能有所負擔?!
一直抱著很大一個問號?
這是我個人堅持不喝的原因<<<(應該會人有說我龜毛、怕死吧)
從生活中來補足一天所需的蛋白質應概也可以吧!
不知道各位前輩有何見解或建議?!
