[問題] 我連一下伏地挺身都做不起來
大家好 我是女生新手 希望能夠透過運動達到減脂
這兩三個月來養成了規律的有氧運動習慣(使用X-bike 一周約五天有騎)
最近想要增加重訓來有效減脂 我很認真爬文(從fitness.美體.肌肉沙灘)
發現只要在家 且簡單有效的重訓方式就是仰臥起坐及伏地挺身
可是...我連一下伏地挺身都做不起來>"< (我的手臂非常細)
想請問大家 如果先做伏地挺身預備動作(就是用手撐地 但手臂不彎曲)
這樣算是重訓嗎 等到手臂肌耐力比較夠的時候 再慢慢試著做一到兩下
是不是比較安全的方法呢?
