[問題] 肚子一大團肉要怎麼消?(有練伏地挺身)
之前有在練仰臥起坐,
以為可以瘦肚子,
但一直練肚子卻消不下來,
反而肌肉是在肥肉下面,
而有試過另一個方式,
作伏地挺身,有消一些,
但是下腹部的肥肉還是沒有動靜,
也有試過抬腳(就跟仰臥起坐顛倒做),
可是效果還是有限,
且現在有在慢跑10K以上,還是瘦不下來
當然我有脂肪肝我知道,
但是否有其他動作或做法可以比較有效瘦肚子呢?
