[問題] 頸前深蹲三角好痛><
頸後深蹲能用泡棉包著放在斜方上,幾乎不會痛
但頸前深蹲用泡棉就太厚,會卡在喉嚨,很難蹲。
每次蹲頸前腿完全沒有感覺,光把槓鈴放上來,三角就先受不了了
(何況我的三角又小又弱@@)
每次練完腿,三角都會黑青三四天
舖著毛巾會容易滑,難道要我用墊肩嗎??? (暴走)
請問各位做頸前深蹲的時候該怎麼克服這種痛苦??
練腿很苦,但效果超好!!!
五個月來大腿少了一吋,媲美豬腳而且沒有腳踝的小腿也細了不少。
阿閃說臀部窄了很多,似乎也翹了
周遭很多女生朋友也跑來跟我學深蹲。
只是能持續的根本沒幾個@@ 唉~~台灣女生很多運動觀念真的很差
