[問題] 做到沒力還是不痠?
看板上說酸為達到訓練的一個基本指標
一開始的兩個禮拜,每天睡醒都痠疼的吱吱叫
可是最近增加重量,而且做到咬牙切齒到沒有力氣
但是做完依然沒有痠疼感,只有疲勞感
而隔天依舊沒有痠疼感,只有無限的失落感
請問,這樣是該如何是好?
