[心得] 想把腹肌的肌群分點給其他部位
先說明一下小弟的身高/體重/體脂
172/65/13%(會有一點誤差)
目前為上班族,平常沒上健身房的習慣,
只有去慢跑、伏地挺身、吊單槓來健身(完全不花錢的運動),
平常會用滾輪來鍛鍊腹肌,站姿大約可以滾50下,
不過中間滾個20下會休息一分鐘左右,
可是我覺得滾了這麼多年,六塊肌還是不太明顯,
胸肌也練不太起來。(因為我胖都是先胖下半部)
很羨慕那些有八塊肌或是腹肌練的很漂亮的人,
不知道還需要怎麼做加強?
